Executive Search
At Harty International we focus on professionalism and attention to detail throughout the process of an executive search assignment
Week 1: Confirmation of Assignment and initial meeting with client. Draft job description presented
Week 1: Commencement of research process - usually 3 weeks in total (6 weeks in certain circumstances)
Week 2: Commencement of consultancy process - approaching potential candidates from initial phase of research
Week 3: Commencement of initial interviews of potentially suitable candidates
Week 4: Completion of Consultancy process - all possible candidates have been approached
Week 5: Identification of most suitable candidates from process. Presentation of CVs to client along with assessment notes.
Week 6: Client Interviews of shortlisted candidates
Week 7: Offer period to successful candidate. Reference & background checks completed
Week 8: Negotiation of offer
Upon commencement of employment by the successful candidate, we provide 6 week, 3 month & 6 month checks with our client and the successful candidate to ensure the newly appointment individual is making a successful and positive transition.
All our retained executive search assignments provide a 12 month guarantee period, whereby we will replace the candidate hired, in the unlikely event he/she would leave the organisation within the first 12 months of employment. |
