For continuing its currents development path and focusing on further growth a Managing Director (m/f) for the subsidiary in U.K. is sought.

As the Managing Director you are responsible for the strategic, sales and marketing, organisational and commercial leadership for the U.K. and Irish markets. In order to achieve new business through acquisitions of new customers and expansion of the after-sales portfolio the Managing Director will procure efficient communication, processes and operations - internally and externally. Furthermore, you will be responsible for a team of approx. 60 people and the achievement of their objectives. The Managing Director reports directly to the Executive Director of Sales of the group and is in charge for the communication with the headquarter in Germany.

We are looking for an experienced Manager within waste water or water treatment solutions of the market in U.K. and Ireland. You are used to the specifics of public utility providers in order to maintain the existing customer base but also to develop new business e.g. in industry or engineering firms. Due to your completed diploma in engineering and your experience in a comparable position you are able to "lead the organization through example". As a trustworthy and positive person with a "can-do" attitude and a strong entrepreneurial character you will also represent the company on corporate and economic events and ensure the planned development goals of the company with passion.
